WHAT IS THE
Fleischer Scholars Program?
The Fleischer Scholars Program began with an idea in 2009 to help qualified, economically disadvantaged students.
We believe that America can achieve its promise and full potential by empowering the socio-economically disadvantaged sector and bringing them into the mainstream through education.
Students participate in a week long enrichment session that assists them in making the transition to college.

Fleischer Scholars is honored to partner with universities like yours with a unique life-changing program giving opportunities to economically disadvantaged, underserved, yet ambitious, high-achieving high school students. If given the opportunity, the resources, the necessary training and skills from this program they can discover the journey to a life of success and fulfillment. Otherwise, they may not even think of going to college because of the financial position they are in. Yet your university can help make their dreams come true!
‘’A mind roadmap for success in business and life’’
The Fleischer Scholars program provides a mental roadmap, modeled by a Three-Legged Stool built with the three aforementioned tools, for students to succeed and become master adaptive learners. This mental roadmap encourages students to treat their brain like a computer, programming it throughout their lives (adapting as they learn) using the collection of their experiences and themselves as the missile to more accurately hit their target goals.

College Attendance From The Fleischer Scholar Program
First generation college attendees
Morton Fleischer is a successful financier, entrepreneur and real estate investor. From his beginnings as a janitor in the local dime store to now, he has formed more than twenty real estate companies, taking three of them public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
With his Fleischer Scholars Program, his goal is to assist economically disadvantaged students allowing them to graduate from college and to encourage them to invest their time and talent back into their hometown communities upon graduation. He calls this the “multiplier effect” and hopes that these future leaders will serve as role models and thus cause a ripple effect in these communities.
